Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Comfortivo website and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

Who we are

Comfortivo is a trading name operating from 1422 Glenwood Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30316, USA. You can reach us at support@comfortivo.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours can render differently between screens and minor variations occur between production batches. Prices are shown in US dollars and include shipping. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typing or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour the error. We will tell you promptly if this happens.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where we cannot ship to your address, or where we suspect fraud — and you will be refunded in full if we do.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout and processed by Shopify Payments and any other providers shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Shipping and returns

Delivery timeframes, customs charges and return conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Those documents form part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under it. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use this site to break the law, to harass anyone, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or copy the site systematically, or to interfere with its operation or security. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe any of that is happening.

Intellectual property

The Comfortivo name, site design, text and images are owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written consent.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photo, comment or suggestion, you grant us permission to publish and use it in connection with our business. You confirm it is your own work and not unlawful or misleading. We may edit or remove submissions at our discretion.

Third-party links

Our site may link to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the site or any product bought through it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Where you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
