Comfortivo is a home and kitchen store. We look for the small, well-made objects that quietly fix something annoying about a room — the drawer that never closes properly, the counter that's always cluttered, the pan you reach for every single night.

What we sell

Kitchen tools, storage and organisation, and home accessories. We're deliberately narrow. We'd rather carry forty things we'd use ourselves than four thousand we've never touched.

How we choose products

Every product has to earn its place. We look for pieces that do one job properly, hold up to daily use, and don't cost three times what they should because of a logo. If something doesn't meet that bar, it doesn't go on the site.

How we ship

We work with fulfilment partners who hold our stock and ship directly to you, which keeps our costs down and lets us pass that saving on. That's why shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. It also means delivery takes a little longer than a big-box retailer — usually 7–15 business days. We'd rather be upfront about that than surprise you.

If something goes wrong

Email us. A real person reads it and replies within two business days. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or simply isn't what you expected, we'll replace it or refund you — no arguing, no runaround.
