Can I really fit it without drilling?
Yes — adhesive pads are included and work on smooth, clean, dry surfaces such as tile or painted plaster. For a heavy load, or on textured or papered walls, use the screws. Both are in the box precisely because the right answer depends on your wall.
How much will it hold?
We would rather not quote a weight limit we cannot verify. In practice it is sized for laundry, coats and towels. Adhesive fixing holds noticeably less than screws, and a 120 cm rod flexes more than a 40 cm one.
Which option should I pick?
Choose your colour, then the rod length: 40 cm for a couple of hangers in a bathroom, 80 or 120 cm for a proper drying rail. Longer rods need the brackets spaced further apart.
