Common questions

Which oils can I use in it?

Olive, avocado, sunflower, rapeseed and similar cooking oils, plus vinegars. Anything thick, infused or with sediment in it can settle in a fine nozzle — strain it first, or keep those for the pour side.

Does it drip when I put it down?

No. The valve is held open by the angle of the bottle, so the moment it stands upright the channel closes. There is no cap to remember and nothing running down onto the shelf.

Can it go in the dishwasher?

We recommend hand washing. The mouth is wide enough for a bottle brush and the nozzle pulls off, so a rinse in warm water is usually all it needs.
