Common questions
How waterproof is it, really?
It is a sealed case built to keep shower spray, splashes and steam off a phone on a wall. It is not rated for submersion and no IP rating is quoted for it, so do not take it into a bath or a pool and expect it to survive going under.
Will my phone fit?
Anything up to 6.8 inches. The two foam pads inside close the gap on smaller handsets. A thick or rugged case may take up too much of the 51 mm depth — take the phone out of a bulky case if it will not close cleanly.
Can I hear it through the case?
There is a panel on the back to let sound out, but a sealed box always takes some volume off. It is fine for music, podcasts and a call on speaker in a small room.
